做法
1. | 柴魚湯頭燒滾後加入主材料煮熟。舀一瓢燒滾的湯汁與味增醬調勻,然後倒回鍋裡繼續煮1分鐘。也可以經由濾網在湯裡化開。 |
2. | 每個牌子的味增醬鹹度不同﹐請自行調整份量。 |
Procedure
1. | Bring the bonito soup base to a boil. Add the major ingredients and cook until done. Dissolve the miso paste with some of the hot soup then pour it miso back into the pot and cook for 1 minute. You can also dissolve the miso through a strainer into the soup. |
2. | Different varieties of miso have different salt content. Please adjust the quantity as desired. |
